Resumen
En el desarrollo de un Trabajo Fin de Máster (TFM) es necesario que el alumnado sea tutorizado en todas y cada una de sus fases: inicial, desarrollo y final. De este modo, las funciones del docente es orientar a su alumnado respecto a los diferentes aspectos que va a desarrollar a lo largo del trabajo. Por lo tanto, es imprescindible ir por etapas. Inicialmente hay que llegar a un acuerdo sobre la temática de desarrollo del trabajo, posteriormente el tutor se hace responsable de su dirección y tiene que orientar a sus alumnos durante la realización y desarrollo, y finalmente evaluar mediante rúbrica y proponer mejoras o correcciones.

Abstract
During the development of a Master’s Thesis (TFM), it is necessary for students to be tutored in each and every one of its phases: initial, development and final. This way, the functions of the teachers are to guide their students regarding the different aspects that they will develop throughout the work. Therefore, it is essential to proceed in stages. Initially, an agreement must be reached on the subject of the project, later the tutor is responsible for its direction and has to guide their students during the completion and development, and finally evaluate based on a rubric and propose improvements or corrections.
