Towards a more humane, integrated and inclusive university educational process

Resumen
En este capítulo presento la experiencia vivida junto a un grupo de alumnos y alumnas de los Grados de Física e Ingeniería Electrónica de la Universidad del País Vasco, en la que a través de la verbalización potenciada en reuniones periódicas se fueron enfrentando, de una manera más comunicativa, sistémica e íntegra, a muchas de las dificultades que teníamos en el desarrollo de la enseñanza y aprendizaje de la asignatura Cálculo Diferencial e Integral I. Para ello, en primer lugar contextualizaré el tipo de grupo con el que se trabajó, sus dificultades habituales y las creadas por la pandemia del COVID-19. A continuación, explicaré en qué consistieron las reuniones realizadas y cómo ayudaron al grupo, tanto en el ámbito social como en el educativo. Este trabajo es un texto ampliado de la comunicación publicada en el Libro de Actas del Congreso CIVINEDU 2021 (Apraiz, 2021).

Abstract
In this chapter I present the experience we went through together with a group of students studying the Physics and Electronic Engineering Degrees at the University of the Basque Country. We faced many of the difficulties that we had in the development of the teaching and learning of the subject Differential and Integral Calculus I through verbalization and periodic meetings in a more communicative, systemic and upright way. In order to explain this experience, first I will contextualize the type of group of students with whom I worked, their usual difficulties and those difficulties that were created by the COVID-19 pandemic. Then, I will explain what the meetings held consisted of and how they helped the group, both in a social and educational context. This work is an extension of the communication published in the CIVINEDU 2021 Conference Proceedings Book (Apraiz, 2021).
